Our New Aid

I just wanted to let everyone know that we have a new aid in our class. Her name is Miss Tamra and she is so excited to get to know everyone. She has two kids of her own and loves playing dinosaurs. We are so excited to have her in our class!

Homework Tips

Our first week of homework went smoothly. I got a few questions about it so hopefully this helps:

• Homework is optional, you can opt out at anytime if you would like.
• Homework packets provide an opportunity for you and your child to practice skills at home, read new books together and provide a chance for your child to work on responsibility.
• I do not check if they do it correctly. I will just check to make sure all the pieces and the book came back.
• Please return the folder, book, and bag of pieces or marker inside the large ziplock bag

Week One

Week one went great! We learned all about our new friends and how to get along with others. We are still working on all of our new rules, but they are learning so fast!

This week we will be working on colors and a little bit about all of our community helpers. We will also be doing more tracing and cutting practice to see what level everyone is on and to really get a good foundation to grow upon.

I am so excited to continue to get to know all of your kids. We are having so much fun!
